Leadership

The mission that God has given our chapter is larger than a single person or team can accomplish. God has given each member of our organization unique gifts and abilities in order for them to play an integral role in advancing the vision and living out the mission. Each member of the team has value. Each person has spiritual gifts that complement the other gifts present on the team.

A team is not a committee that makes decisions. A team is a community of people coming together to care for one another to fulfill the vision God has given. The primary goal of every team is not to be task driven, but Spirit-led. Every team has a leader who has the responsibility of continuously pointing to the vision and guiding the team according to the vision.
